Microsoft Excel - how to clean and erase privacy tracks.
Every time you open or save a document it will remember it in it’s most recently used files list. It also remembers the file names of pictures you add etc.
Manual clean instructions

1. Delete all the values except (’Default’) in the registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Excel\Recent File List
2. Delete all the values except (’Default’) in the registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Excel\Recent Files
3. Delete all the values except (’Default’) in the registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Excel\Recent Files
4. Delete all the values except (’Default’) in the registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Excel\Recent Files
5. Delete the files that match ‘*.xl*.lnk;*.xl*.url;*.csv.lnk;*.csv.url;*.lnk’ under the path C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office\Recent\
