Every time you open or save a document it will remember it in it’s most recently used files list. It also remembers the file names of pictures you add etc.

1. Delete the files that match ‘*.doc.lnk;*.doc.url;*.rtf.lnk;*.rtf.url;*.dot.lnk;*.dot.url;*.txt.lnk;*.txt.url;*.lnk’ under the path C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office\Recent\
